Save hours uploading your documentation with the Document Library

When you work with different clients or contracts in CAE and OHS processes, it is common to have to upload the same documentation over and over again: insurance, training, worker documentation, or any other document required for document validation.

With the Document Library, available on the Professional Plan and the AI Plan, you can drag your documents from your computer, save your documentation in Twind once, and have it always available, ready for every requirement your clients ask for

Stop uploading the same document over and over

Try the Professional Plan or the AI Plan and start saving hours from day one. Next time a client requests a document, upload it in seconds.

ℹ️ Please note: the Document Library is available on the Professional Plan and the AI Plan on Twind.

How does it work?

1. Upload up to 20 files at a time from the Document library page. Drag and drop your files or click to browse. You can group them into a single document or keep each file as its own.

2. Add details to each document. Select the document type and the date of issue. Save them, and they'll be ready whenever your clients need them.

3. Select your document. Click "Submit document" on your Document library page, or the system will detect it automatically on the "Manage requirements" page.

4. Upload this document to all clients who require it. Check the list of matching requirements and send it to multiple clients at once. You'll see a confirmation message with the number of clients who will review your document.
