The transition to Twind is carried out in a planned, gradual and well‑supported manner.
The upgrade for CTAIMACAE and e‑coordina clients began in April 2025 and will be completed throughout 2026.
The process is carried out in several phases to ensure a safe, stable update without any interruption to daily operations.
You will receive communication well in advance, informing you of key dates and the steps to follow.
Throughout the entire process, you will have guidance, training and support to ensure that the transition is smooth and straightforward.
All current information is automatically transferred on the day of the upgrade.
The goal is for the move to Twind to take place with complete peace of mind, maintaining service continuity and ensuring that you can begin working with the new platform confidently from day one.
