Select multiple pending requirements and review them in sequence, with no interruptions between each one.
Fewer clicks to review large volumes of documentation
Monday morning. 47 requirements pending review. You open them one by one: you go into the requirement, review the document, approve or reject, go back to the list, look for the next one, repeat. For a large portfolio, reviewing the day's requirements can take up hours of mechanical work. Not reviewing — navigating.
With sequential review in the quick viewer, you select the requirements you want to review, launch the action, and the system presents them to you in sequence. You just decide: approve or reject. No going back to the table.
Here's what changes:
Multiple selection in "Pending review": you check the requirements you want to review in a single move.
Uninterrupted sequence: after each review, the system automatically moves on to the next one. No going back to the list, no losing track.
No change to permissions: only users with the Client Admin or Reviewer role can use bulk review. Nothing changes for everyone else.
Less time navigating, more time reviewing what matters.
ℹ️ Please note: this feature is currently available to a group of beta users. It will be rolled out gradually to all customers.
How does it work?
Go to Requirements > Pending review. You'll see the multiple selection control available in the list.
Select the requirements you want to review. Only requirements with the "Pending review" status can be included.
Click "Review". The system opens the review screen for the first selected requirement.
Approve or reject. The system automatically moves on to the next one until the selection is complete, then takes you back to the list.
