Before attaching a document, you can check the criteria your client has defined for that requirement. If your document was rejected, you can also review the reason for the rejection. Both can be found on the "Manage requirement" screen.
Check the criteria before uploading your document
When you open a requirement in Twind, the platform shows you all the information you need to attach the correct document the first time. Reviewing the acceptance criteria before uploading your file will help you avoid unnecessary rejections.
Find the requirement you need to manage and click on it to open the "Manage requirement" screen.
In the left panel, scroll down to the "Acceptance criteria" section. There you will find a list of the conditions your document must meet in order to be approved by your client.
Read each criterion carefully before attaching your file. These may include instructions about validity dates, data that must match the records on the platform, required signatures, or other requirements specific to your client.
ℹ️ Please note: the acceptance criteria are defined by your client. They may vary from one client to another and from one requirement to another, so always review them — even if you have already uploaded similar documents for other contracts.
Review the rejection notes in the History
If a document you uploaded has been rejected, you can check the reason directly in the requirement's history. This will allow you to fix the issue and re-upload the correct document.
Open the rejected requirement by going to the "Manage requirement" screen.
In the left panel, scroll down to the "History" section. Click on "History" if it appears collapsed to expand it.
Find the entry marked as "Rejected". You will see the rejection date, who reviewed it, and the comments with the reason for the invalidation.
Read the reviewer's comments to understand what you need to correct. With that information, prepare the appropriate document and re-upload it from the right panel on the same screen.
⚠️ Important: as long as your document remains in rejected status and you do not upload a new version, the requirement will stay pending and could affect your workers' access to your client's facilities.
