The AI Plan fills in your document data automatically
When you upload a document on the AI Plan, the platform reads its content and completes the key fields without any manual input. You review the proposal, adjust what you need, and save. That simple.
How to upload a document with AI Autocomplete
Go to "Library" from the side menu.
Click "Upload files" and upload the document or documents you need.
If you are uploading several related files — such as both sides of a worker's ID — you can group them by subject before continuing. Click "Group selected files" to create the group.
Once the upload is complete, the AI analyses the document content and automatically proposes the following fields:
Subject type
Subject name
Document type
Issue date
Expiry date
In Actions you can preview the document or delete it.
ℹ️ Please note: Fields completed by the AI are marked with the AI icon
. Fields without the icon were filled in manually. You can edit any field — the proposal is a suggestion, not a locked value.
5. Review the proposed data. Confirm what is correct, edit what you need, and when everything is ready, click "Save".
⚠️ Important: Review all fields before saving. The AI suggests, but you decide — make sure the data is correct before clicking Save.
