Why have I not received email notifications from Twind?

We explain how to authorise notifications from Twind!

Email notifications from Twind may be blocked by your email server or firewall.

To check this, follow these two steps:

  • Check your junk mail or spam folder. If the email from Twind is in these folders, mark it as safe mail and not spam.

  • Once you have done this, you must also add the email addresses as safe senders (also known as trusted senders) in your email. Add the email addresses used by Twind ending in @twind.io to your list of allowed addresses.

This way, you will receive all notifications in your inbox.
