Recover your access in a few steps
If you see that your username or password is invalid when trying to log in, you can reset your password directly from the Twind login screen. The process is quick: you'll receive a verification code in your email and you'll be able to create a new password.
Go to the Twind portal: app.twind.io
Click on "Forgot your password?"
Enter your email address and click on "Send verification code"
Check your inbox. You'll receive an email with the verification code.
Copy the code and paste it into the corresponding field on the reset screen.
Create your new password and confirm. You can now access Twind with your new credentials from app.twind.io
⚠️ Important: If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder as well.
Not receiving the verification code?
If the email with the code doesn't arrive, try the following:
Make sure you're using the same email address you were registered with in Twind.
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
Wait a few minutes and click "Send verification code" again.
If you use a corporate email, check with your IT department that Twind emails are not being blocked by the company's email filter.
ℹ️ Please note: If you still don't receive the code after following these steps, contact our support team. Your account may be linked to a different email address.
