Your first access to Twind
Twind is Ctaima Group's platform for managing Business Activity Coordination (CAE) and occupational risk prevention (ORP) between principal clients and contractor companies. To start using it, you need to activate your account from an invitation email you'll receive. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
ℹ️ Bear in mind: we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best compatibility with Twind.
Steps to activate your account
Check your inbox. Look for an invitation email sent from noreply@twind.io.
Click the link in the email to access the account creation screen.
2. Create a secure password that meets the requirements shown on screen and confirm it in the second field.
3. Click "Create".
Complete your company details
After creating your password, the platform will ask you to confirm and complete your company details. Fill in the required fields.
Click "Discover Twind" to finish registration and access the platform.
ℹ️ Bear in mind: completing these details is mandatory to finish registration. If you notice any incorrect information, complete the registration anyway and write to us at help@twind.io so we can fix it.
Subsequent access
Once your account is activated, always access Twind from: https://app.twind.io/

Can't find the invitation email?
If you don't see the email in your inbox:
Check your spam or junk mail folder.
Make sure you're looking for an email from noreply@twind.io.
If you still can't find it, contact the person in your company who manages Twind or our support team to have the invitation resent.
Choose your route based on your profile
The features and menus you see in Twind depend on your company's role. Identify your profile to follow the most relevant route:
Principal client: your company hires services and needs to coordinate CAE with its contractors. Your starting point is to create your contracts and register the contractor companies that will work for you.
Contractor company: your company provides services to principal clients and must supply the CAE documentation they request. Your starting point is to register your resources (workers, vehicles, equipment), assign them to your clients' contracts and upload the required documentation.
