What is Twind and where do I begin?
Twind is the Ctaima Group platform for managing Business Activity Coordination (CAE) and occupational risk prevention (ORP) between principal clients and contractor companies. If you've just started using it, this guide walks you through the basic features and gives you a clear path to get up and running according to your profile — without getting lost along the way.
Choose your route based on your profile
ℹ️ Bear in mind: the features and menus you see on the platform depend on your company's role in Twind. Identify your profile first so you can follow the most relevant route.
Twind has two main profiles:
Principal client: your company hires services and needs to coordinate CAE with its contractors. Your starting point is to create your contracts and register the contractor companies that will work for you.
Contractor company: your company provides services to principal clients and must supply the CAE documentation they request from you. Your starting point is to register your resources (workers, vehicles, equipment), assign them to your clients' contracts, and upload the required documentation.
