What options does Twind's side menu have and what is each one for?

Discover the sections of Twind's left-hand side menu: Dashboard, Companies, Contracts, Requirements, Resources, Access Control, and Account. Find out what you can do in each one.

Discover the menu sections

The main menu is located in the left-hand sidebar of the screen. From it you can access all the operational sections of Twind to manage your day-to-day activity with your clients.

Dashboard

This is Twind's home page. Here you will find a general summary of your activity: documentation status, active contracts, and pending notifications. It is the starting point every time you access the platform.

Companies

From this section you can view and manage the information of the companies linked to your account. This includes your own company's data, group companies, and subcontractors, depending on your configuration.

Contracts

This is where the list of contracts with your clients is found. From each contract you can check its status, view the associated requirements, and assign resources (workers, vehicles, and machinery).

ℹ️ Keep in mind: if you need to assign resources to a contract, go into the contract and use the "Assign resources" option. You can follow the step-by-step guide in the article How to assign resources to the client's contract?

Requirements

In this section you can check the status of all the documentation required by your clients: pending, validated, rejected, or expired requirements. This is where you track your documentation status within your business activity coordination (CAE/BAC).

Resources

Here you manage the resources you assign to your contracts. It is divided into:

  • Employees: registration, editing, and classification of workers. From here you can edit an employee's profile, assign them risks by client, and manage their documentation.

  • Vehicles: management of the vehicles linked to your company.

  • Machinery: management of machinery and work equipment.

Access Control

From this section you can manage your workers' access to client facilities. It includes downloading QR access cards and checking the access status of each resource.

Account

Here you can configure your company's data and manage the internal users who have access to Twind. This section also handles the permissions and roles of each user.

ℹ️ Keep in mind: the sections visible in your menu may vary depending on your user permissions and account configuration. If you cannot see any of these options, check with your company administrator.
