How to upload documents and check their review status in Twind?

Learn how to upload documents and check their review status in Twind. Before doing so, make sure the worker is assigned to the correct contract and has their risks properly defined.

Before you start

⚠️ Important: if a worker is not assigned to the correct contract or does not have their risks properly defined, the documentation may not appear as pending and you will not be able to upload it through the expected flow.

Steps to upload a document

  1. Click on "Requirements" to see the list of pending documents.

  2. Select the "Pending upload" option to see the documents that need to be provided.

    Access Pending Uploads

  3. Click on "Manage requirement" to load the document.

    Open Requirement Management

  4. Click on the upload area to open the file selector and choose the document. Upload the correct file.

    Navigate To Requirement Details

  5. Click on "Issue date" to set the date of the document.

    Select Date Of Issue

  6. Click "Save" to complete the upload and register the document.

    Save Requirement Changes
