Document validation in Twind is carried out within the timeframe established by your client, which usually varies between 24 and 48 hours from the moment you upload them to the platform.
Document review timeframes
Once you attach a document in Twind, our technical team reviews it as soon as possible within the timeframe established by your client. This timeframe can vary between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the service configuration.
The review is carried out respecting the order of upload of the documents and the timeframe established by the client, so it's important to attach your documentation with enough advance notice to avoid delays in accessing your client's facilities.

Do you need it reviewed sooner?
If it's urgent, you can activate Express review when uploading the document. Your requirement will be validated within a maximum of 60 minutes. Each request uses 1 credit.
If you have the Professional Plan or the AI Plan, you get free credits during the trial and a reduced price of €2.50 per credit. Basic plan users can also purchase credits
from "Billing and credits".
ℹ️ Please note :Express review applies only to the requirement for which you upload the document. Other requirements will follow the standard timeframe. Your client must have the Documental management service active to use it
