How long does document validation take in Twind?

Find out how long your documents take to validate in Twind, check your request status, and learn what to expect throughout the process

Updated this week

Document validation in Twind is carried out within the timeframe established by your client, which usually varies between 24 and 48 hours from the moment you upload them to the platform.

Document review timeframes

Once you attach a document in Twind, our technical team reviews it as soon as possible within the timeframe established by your client. This timeframe can vary between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the service configuration.

The review is carried out respecting the order of upload of the documents and the timeframe established by the client, so it's important to attach your documentation with enough advance notice to avoid delays in accessing your client's facilities.

ℹ️ Please note: you can check the status of your documents (pending, under review, approved, or rejected) at any time from the "Requirements" tab. To learn how, see the article How to upload documents and check their review status in Twind? ⚠️

Need faster validation?

If you need a document reviewed more quickly, you can activate Express Review when uploading it to the platform. This option is available with the Core Plan and prioritises the review of the requirement you are uploading the document to.

You can find out how it works and the conditions under which it applies in the article How can I upload documents for different clients at once with the Single Document Upload feature of the Core Plan?

ℹ️ Please note: the Express Review credit applies only to the original requirement you are uploading the document to. The other matching requirements will follow the standard review timeframe.
