What is Express review?
Express review — also known as express validation — is a complementary service that speeds up document validation within Twind's Documental management. When you need a requirement reviewed urgently, you can use an Express review credit to have it validated within a maximum of 60 minutes from your request.
Each Express review request uses 1 credit.
ℹ️ Please note: to use Express review, your client must have the Documental management service contracted with Twind.
Free credits with the activation of Professional and AI Plans
When you activate a Professional Plan or AI Plan trial, you receive free Express review credits so you can try the service at no cost:

Professional Plan | 1 free credit | 5 credits |
AI Plan | 3 free credits | 10 credits |
These free credits work exactly like purchased credits: each one covers the priority validation of a requirement within a maximum of 60 minutes.
Once you move to the paid version of the plan, you receive the welcome credits shown in the table and gain access to a reduced price of €2.50 per credit with a 16% discount on future purchases.
ℹ️ Please note: free trial credits and welcome credits can only be used in contracts where your client has the Documental management service active.
How much do Express review credits cost?
Credit pricing depends on your plan in Twind:
If you don't have an active plan (Basic)
Credits are purchased in packs of 20 credits for €60 (VAT not included), i.e. €3.00 per credit. You can select the number of packs you need at the time of purchase.
If you have the Professional Plan or the AI Plan
Credits are available at a reduced price of €2.50 per credit, and you also benefit from a 16% discount on all additional credit purchases.
⚠️ Important: credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After that period, any unused credits will expire.
3. How to purchase Express Review credits
Go to "Billing and credits" in the Twind side menu from the company options.
In the "Express Review" section, click the "Add credits +" button.
Select the number of packs you wish to purchase.
Fill in the "Payment details" and "Billing details".
Check that the final price is correct.
Confirm the purchase in "Purchase Express Review credits".
Finally, click "Continue" to confirm the purchase.
4. How to request an Express Review for a requirement
Go to the "Upload requirements" page of the contract where the requirement you need validated urgently is located.
Find the requirement you want to send for review and click "Manage requirement".
In the document upload section, tick the "Express Review" checkbox.
If you have available credits, the requirement will be sent for validation and reviewed within a maximum of 60 minutes.
5. How to request an Express Review for multiple requirements at once
If you need to validate several requirements urgently, you can request a bulk Express Review from the same contract.
Go to the "Upload requirements" page of the corresponding contract.
Click on "Request Express Review".
Select all the requirements you want to send for Express Review.
Confirm the action by clicking "Request Express Review".
6. How to check the status of my Express Reviews
From the "Upload requirements" page, click on the "Express Review" tab to see all the requirements you have sent for fast review and their current status.
From the "Express Review" page you can also add credits.
⚠️ Important: Express Review credits are deducted at the time of the request. Make sure you have credits available before ticking the checkbox.
