What the Professional Plan includes
The Professional Plan is Twind's plan that gives you more control and visibility over subcontractor management, access, and your account data. It includes all the features of the basic plan and adds tools designed to improve CAE activity control and reduce repetitive work.
With the Professional Plan you can:
Upload a document once and automatically send it to all the clients and contracts that require it, in a single step.
Manage subcontractors and their documentation within the platform.
Check the access status of each resource.
Access entry and exit records for workers and resources.
Export key account data to Excel at any time.
Upload up to 20 documents at once from your computer, save them in Twind, and submit them to multiple client requirements in one step from the Document Library.
How much does the Professional Plan cost?
The Professional Plan has a base price of €300/year and includes 5 employees.
At any time you can add packages of 5 additional employees for €60/year each. If you prefer monthly billing, each additional package costs €6/month.
ℹ️ Please note: The price is calculated based on the total number of employees registered on the platform, not just those assigned to a contract at that moment. When you reach the contracted maximum, the platform will not allow you to register new employees — you will need to expand your plan if you want to keep the employees already registered. If you unlink a worker, their documentation is kept, but the employee still counts towards your licence. For them to stop being counted, you must permanently delete them from "Resources": this action also irreversibly deletes all their documentation and history.
Express Review credits in the Professional Plan
Express Review lets you request priority validation of a document when you need it reviewed urgently. With the Professional Plan:
During the trial you receive 1 free credit so you can try how it works.
When you activate your paid subscription you get 5 credits automatically.
If you need more, you can purchase additional credits at €2.50/credit (compared to €3.00 on the basic plan), a 16% discount.

If your company needs more control over access, subcontractors, and workplace activity coordination data, the Professional Plan lets you manage everything from Twind in a centralized way, without the risk of your workers being blocked at entry.
