Both the Professional Plan and the AI Plan include a free trial of 30 calendar days with full access to all their features. This way you can check which one best fits your Business Activity Coordination (CAE) needs, subcontractor management, and access control before committing.
What can you use during the Professional Plan trial?
During the 30 days you will have access to all Professional Plan features:
Upload a document once and automatically send it to all the clients and contracts that require it.
Manage subcontractors and their documentation.
Check access records for workers and resources.
See the end-of-access date for each resource.
Export data to Excel.
Configure roles and permissions for users.
1 free Express Review credit so you can try priority document validation.
What can you use during the AI Plan trial?
During the 30 days you will have access to everything in the Professional Plan plus:
AI Autocomplete: after uploading a document, the AI automatically recommends the document type, expiry date, and associated resource or company. You just review and confirm.
Bulk document upload: select an entire resource or company folder from the Document Library, the system identifies matches with open requirements, and you confirm everything in a single action.
3 free Express Review credits, which are kept even if you don't subscribe after the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 15 days, your account automatically reverts to the Basic Plan.
⚠️ Important: if you need these features to manage OHS documentation and access for your workers or contractor companies, activate the plan before the trial ends. When you activate your paid subscription you will receive additional Express Review credits: 5 credits with the Professional Plan or 10 credits with the AI Plan.
