AI autocomplete— exclusive to the AI Plan
After you upload a document, AI reads it and automatically suggests the document type, expiry date and the associated resource or company. You just review and confirm or edit. In the Professional Plan this tagging process is done manually.
Bulk document upload — exclusive to the AI Plan
Select a resource's or company's entire folder from the Document Library. The system analyses all open requirements across active contracts, identifies matches between documents and requirements, and you confirm everything in a single action instead of submitting one by one per contract.
Expiry alerts
Twind automatically notifies you 15 days before a document expires. You will see an orange banner in “Library” and “Requirements” showing the expiry date. If the document has already expired, the banner turns red.
From the alert itself you can renew the document in one click, without having to search for it manually.
How much does the AI Plan cost?
The AI Plan has a base price of €499/year and includes 5 employees. You can add packs of 5 additional employees for €80/year each.
If you prefer monthly billing, the cost is €65/month plus €8/month per additional pack.

Express Review credits in the AI Plan
Express Review is also available in the AI Plan, with more credits included:
During the trial you receive 3 free credits, which are kept after the trial ends.
When you activate your paid subscription you get 10 credits automatically.
If you need more, you can purchase additional credits at €2.50/credit (compared to €3.00 on the basic plan), a 16% discount.
