Step 2. Identify why an access is blocked

If access appears as Not allowed, the platform tells you exactly what is blocking entry.

  1. Click "View details" on the worker's profile.

    Open Access Details

  2. Go to the "Issues" section.

    Navigate To Issues Section

  3. here you will see the specific requirement that is preventing access and the reason for the block.

ℹ️ Please note: Only requirements marked as critical block access. If the requirement is in Pending approval status, the block will be resolved as soon as the validation team reviews it.

Step 3. Consult the entry and exit history

  1. Inside the "Access" section, go to "Access log".

    Select Client Access Record

  2. Here you will find the complete entry and exit history for your facilities.

  3. Filter by person, company, or date to find a specific record.

  4. Click "View details" on any record to see its full detail, including any notes logged during entry or exit if applicable.

    Examine Access Record Summary

⚠️ Important: Notes associated with a record are only visible if someone entered them at the time of entry or exit. If the field is empty, it means no incident was recorded.

What is this section for?

The Access log gives you full traceability: you know who has accessed your facilities, when, and under what conditions. Essential for ensuring that only contractors who meet your health and safety requirements can enter.
