Why your Twind invitation may not arrive
Twind sends you an invitation email from noreply@twind.io so you can create your account and start managing Business Activity Coordination (CAE) and occupational risk prevention (ORP) documentation. If you can't find it, check these points in order. It's almost always solved in a few minutes.
1. Look for the email in spam and promotions
Check your spam or junk mail folder, and also your promotions folder. Look for the sender noreply@twind.io.
If you find the email, mark it as "Not spam" and click the invitation link.
2. Add @twind.io to your safe senders
Add the @twind.io domain to your safe senders (also called "trusted senders") in your email client. All Twind notifications are sent from addresses ending in @twind.io.
3. Ask your IT team to check the email filter
In some companies, corporate email blocks messages from external senders. Ask your IT department to add the @twind.io domain to the mail server's allowlist (list of permitted senders).
4. Check that your email address is correct
The invitation is sent to the email address you were registered with. If your company registered you with a different address, the message will have arrived in that inbox. Check with the person who manages Twind in your company which email address you were registered with.
5. Check whether the invitation has expired
The invitation expires 15 days after it's sent. If that period has passed or the link doesn't work, you need to have it resent.
How to ask for the invitation to be resent
If you're a contractor company and your principal client invited you: contact your principal client so they can confirm the invitation was sent to the correct email address, or resend it from their Twind account.
If your company already uses Twind: ask an administrator in your company to resend it from "User management".
ℹ️ Please note: only users with an administrator profile can resend invitations. In contractor companies, the "Contractor Admin" role is required.
Is your company updating to the new platform?
If your contractor or subcontractor company is in the process of updating to Twind, you'll receive the invitation when your turn comes. You don't need to do anything until then. Each company receives its own invitation email.
