Why you may not be receiving emails from Twind
Twind sends email notifications to keep you informed about your documentation status, pending requirements, approvals, rejections and other relevant contract actions. If you're not receiving these emails, the issue is usually related to your email server or inbox settings.
Below we explain the most common causes and how to resolve them.
Check these causes in order
1. Your emails are in the spam folder
This is the most common cause. Check your junk mail or spam folder. If you find Twind emails there, mark them as "Not spam" or "Wanted mail" so your email client stops filtering them out.
2. Twind's address is not in your safe senders list
Add Twind's email addresses as safe senders (also known as "trusted senders") in your email client. All Twind notifications are sent from addresses ending in @twind.io. Add this domain to your allowed addresses list.
3. Your corporate email server or firewall is blocking the emails
In some companies, the IT department sets up filters that block emails from external senders. If the two solutions above don't work, contact your IT team and ask them to add the domain @twind.io to the corporate email server's whitelist.
4. The email registered in Twind is not the right one
Check that the email address linked to your Twind account is the one you regularly use. If your company registered you with a different email, notifications will be arriving at that other address.
ℹ️ Bear in mind: if you need to change the email linked to your account, contact the person in your company who manages Twind or our support team.
In the meantime: check your notifications inside Twind
If you need immediate access to your notifications without waiting for email, you can check them directly on the platform. Log in at https://app.twind.io/ and click the bell icon in the top right menu. There you'll find all your pending notifications.
