I can't log in to Twind: how to recover access

If you can't access Twind because you've forgotten your password or your credentials aren't working, you can recover access in just a few minutes from the login screen. All you need is the email address you registered with.

Reset your password step by step

  1. Click "Forgot your password?".

  2. Enter your email address and click "Send verification code".

  3. Check your inbox. You'll receive an email with a verification code.

  4. Copy the code and enter it in the corresponding field on the reset screen.

  5. Create your new password, confirm it, and click "Save". You can now log in to Twind at app.twind.io with your new credentials.

ℹ️ Please note: If you don't see the email in your inbox, also check your spam, junk, or promotions folders

I'm not receiving the verification code

If the email doesn't arrive, check the following in order:

  1. Make sure you're using the same email address you were registered with in Twind. If you don't remember it, contact your company's administrator.

  2. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

  3. Wait a few minutes and click "Send verification code" again.

  4. If you use a corporate email, check with your IT department that Twind emails aren't being blocked by your company's email filter.

⚠️ Important: If you still haven't received the code after following these steps, contact our support team. Your account may be linked to a different email address.

Other access issues

I've changed my email and can no longer log in

If you no longer have access to your old email address, you won't be able to recover the account on your own. Contact our support team with your name, company, and the new email address you'd like to migrate access to.

My account appears inactive or blocked

Your company's administrator may have deactivated your user. Contact them so they can reactivate your access from Twind's user management.

I've never accessed Twind and don't know how to get started

Access to Twind is activated through an invitation from your client. If you haven't received an invitation email, contact the company that asked you to register in Twind so they can resend it.
