What happens to my Twind access during my company's platform update?

Your company is upgrading to the new Twind platform. Here's how the access process works, what you'll receive by email, and what happens to the previous platform.

Updating to Twind: what you need to know

If your contractor or subcontractor company is in the process of updating to Twind, you will receive all the necessary information directly to your email. The transition is managed by the main company responsible for coordinating business activities (CAE). You don't need to do anything until you receive the invitation email.

How do I access Twind after the update?

When it's time for your company's update, you will receive an invitation email from noreply@twind.io at the email address associated with your company. That email includes the instructions to create your password and access the Twind platform.

Steps to follow:

  1. Check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

  2. Open the invitation email sent from noreply@twind.io.

  3. Follow the instructions to create your password.

  4. Log in to the platform with your new credentials.

ℹ️ Please note: your active contracts and data will already be available in Twind from your very first login. You don't need to re-enter them.

ℹ️ Please note: both contractor and subcontractor companies will each receive their own invitation email. Each company manages its access independently.

Can I still use the previous platform?

No. Once your company's update is complete, access to the previous platform will be deactivated. All document management, worker coordination, and business activity coordination (CAE) will take place exclusively in Twind.

⚠️ Important: If you try to access the previous platform after the update, you will not be able to do so. Make sure to save any information you need before the transition is completed.

What happens to my documentation during the update process?

The main company managing the CAE is responsible for coordinating the update. If you have questions about what documents to upload or validate once you're in Twind, contact the coordination team at your main company.

Didn't receive the invitation email?

If you've been told that your company's update is complete but you can't find the invitation email:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder and look for an email from noreply@twind.io.

  • Make sure your company's email address is correctly registered.

  • Contact the Twind support team to have the invitation resent.
