Solves the problem of not finding a worker in the Twind Access module.
Symptoms of the problem
When you access the Access module to perform a search using the available filters (Customer, Resource Type, Resource, Site, and Status) and no results related to that resource appear.
Steps to resolve it
Check whether the resource is associated with an active contract
Go to ‘Contracts’
Select ‘View contract’ to access the employee's contract information.
Question: How do I associate a resource with the holder's contract?
Verify that you are filling in the information correctly.
Ensure that you fill in the information and select the correct values in the filters, especially:
Customer
Resource type (Employee, Vehicle, Equipment)
Resource
Site
Status
