QR access cards are codes that allow your resources to enter the client's facilities as part of the Business Activity Coordination (CAE) process. They will only be available for download once the resource has been validated and authorised to access the workplace.

Steps to download the QR code
From the side menu, select ‘Access’.
Find the authorised resource and select ‘Download access card’.
In the window that opens, click ‘Download QR code’ to save it to your device.
The download of the QR access cards for the resources is now complete, ensuring the codes are available for safe and authorised use.
⚠️ Important: Each resource has its own QR code.
Once downloaded, the QR code is ready to be presented at the customer's access control point. You do not need to do anything else on the platform.
