When and how will we inform you?
Before your migration to Twind is activated, we will notify you through three channels:
Email: you will receive a message with the details of the update and the next steps.
In-platform alerts: you will see notifications directly in your current account.
Call from the Operations team: a team member will contact you by phone to guide you through the process.
ℹ️ Please note: communication is sent with enough notice so you have time to prepare. No changes will be made without prior notification.
