On some occasions, you may not be able to log in to Twind as a contractor user. This could be due to the following:
You do not have an account created on Twind because you have not received an invitation.
Your credentials are incorrect/do not work.
The most common cause of this problem is that the account has not been created or validated correctly.
If you are having problems with a newly created account, check your inbox for emails from Twind asking you to verify your account and follow these instructions.
