You will be able to access Twind and start operating from day one.
As soon as your upgrade is complete, you will receive your credentials and access instructions so that you can log in and work on Twind without interruption.
You and your contractors will have immediate access to up-to-date information.
You can start operating as normal from the outset.
We organise training sessions and Q&A sessions if necessary.
In addition, you will have access to our Help Centre and support team, who will accompany you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transition.
Our goal is to make the switch to Twind simple, fast and secure from day one.
Remember that we will notify you in advance by email and in-app notifications, and we will call you to explain the entire process and offer you support and training.
