You can activate or deactivate the Core Plan directly from the plan management section in Twind. From there you can start the free trial, upgrade to the paid plan or switch back to the Basic Plan.
Activate the Core Plan (free trial)
If you have never activated the Core Plan before, you can start a 15-day free trial.
Go to the left sidebar and click “Manage Plan”.
Click “Start your free Core Plan trial”.
ℹ️ Please note: the free trial can only be activated once per account.
Activate the paid Core Plan
If you have already used the free trial, you will need to activate the paid version.
Go to the left sidebar and click “Manage Plan”.
Click “Upgrade to Core Plan”.
Confirm your payment details and click “Update”.
Deactivate the Core Plan
If you want to return to the Basic Plan, you can do it from the same section.
Go to the left sidebar and click “Manage Plan”.
In the Basic Plan section, click “Downgrade”.
⚠️ Please note: even if you cancel your plan, we cannot issue refunds. Your account will remain on the Core Plan until the end of the already contracted period, and it will then be cancelled automatically.
