The Core Plan is Twind’s plan designed to give you greater control and visibility over subcontractor management, access control, and your account data within the platform so you can protect your operations.
The Core Plan includes all the features of the Basic Plan and adds additional tools to improve the management and control of CAE (Coordination of Business Activities).
With the Core Plan you can:
Manage subcontractors and their documentation within the platform.
View access logs for workers and resources.
Check and control the access end date for each resource.
Export data to Excel for analysis or reporting.
Configure user roles and permissions within your team.
The Basic Plan, on the other hand, includes only the essential features to work with CAE, such as:
Connecting with clients.
Managing resources (workers, vehicles or equipment).
Uploading documentation or requirements.
Checking access status.
How is the Core Plan price calculated?
The price of the Core Plan depends on the number of active employees in your account.
The plan includes up to 5 employees for €140 per year.
After that, €40 per year is added for each additional group of 5 employees.
For example:
1–5 employees → €140 / year
6–10 employees → €180 / year
11–15 employees → €220 / year
⚠️ Important: your subscription must cover at least all current employees registered in your account.
When should I choose the Core Plan?
If your company needs more control over access, subcontractors, and Coordination of Business Activities data and you want to avoid access blocks at entry points, the Core Plan allows you to manage everything centrally from Twind.
