Backup, now available in Twind
The new Backup feature lets you export contractor documentation directly from the platform. Designed to support audits, inspections, and legal requirements — with full traceability in one place.

What's included
Structured export by company and requirement type
Filters by companies, dates, requirements, statuses, sites, and contracts
Excel summary file with evidence details
Traceability of each request from the backup table

Search and filter your backups
From the backup table, open the filters to quickly find any backup. You can search by:
Name
Contractor
Site
Contract
Creator
Backup status
Create a new backup
To generate a new backup, click the "Generate backup" button. From there, configure the export parameters and launch the download.
Limits and access
Only users with the Backup Manager role can use this feature.
Limit of 10 GB per backup and 5 simultaneous backups.
