Everything that landed in Q2 2026
This quarter, Twind has added improvements to document management, requirement review, access control, third-party collaboration, and account configuration. Here's a summary organized by area.
Payment Authorization and ERP
Link CAE compliance to payment authorization. Flag which requirements are critical, choose between individual mode or subcontracting chain, and check in real time who is authorized and why. Includes Excel export and API integration with your ERP.
Your ERP data, right where it belongs. Connect Twind with your ERP without intermediate spreadsheets. Each contractor's SAP number and each contract's internal reference now live inside Twind.

New resources and organization
Products now have their own record. Technical data sheets, certificates of conformity, safety data sheets… Register products, assign them to contracts, and manage their documentation before they enter your site — just like with workers, vehicles, and equipment.
Five hierarchical levels, zero duplicated configuration. Map your organization's multi-level structure into Twind, up to five levels. Requirements are configured and inherited by level — no duplicating work across complex site structures.
Document review
Review documents without losing your place. Continuous scroll, jump to any page, file name always visible, and navigation between files with the "File X of Y" indicator. Fewer clicks, more context.
Review 10 requirements in the time it used to take for one. Select several pending requirements and review them in sequence without going back to the list between each one. For teams handling high document volumes, the time savings are immediate.
Sharing and collaboration
The reviewer gets the document. Without you having to notify them. Enable email notifications so your reviewers receive a direct link when new documentation arrives. And if you work with auditors or external platforms, set up scheduled links to send them compliance evidence every month — without them needing a Twind account.
A repository for your internal resource documentation. Centralize the documentation of your internal workers, vehicles, and equipment in one place. Always up to date, accessible to your entire team from any device.

Your complete archive, audit-ready. Download a ZIP with all your contractors' documentation organized by supplier, requirement, and period, with advanced filters.
Notify your contractors without leaving Twind. Create announcements directly in Twind, define who receives them, send them by email, and check who has read and confirmed them.
Access control and mobile app
The access app, redesigned from the ground up. A completely redesigned experience, more stable and with visit management integrated directly in the app. Everything you need at the gate, in one place.
Allow access in exceptional situations. With full traceability. Temporarily override a resource's access status when needed. It stays on record, with complete traceability. Also available from the mobile app.
No more incorrect check-ins at the gate. The check-in button is automatically disabled for resources with "Not allowed" status. The error is no longer possible.
Configuration and operational improvements
Change the configuration without reactivating the requirement. Client Admins can now review the history and edit the configuration of inactive requirements from Settings → Requirements. No extra steps.
Remove risks that no longer apply. Twind updates the rest. Delete worker risks even if they're in active or expired contracts. Twind automatically updates all affected contracts, requirements, and access control calculations.
See only the records that belong to you. Filter the requirement and contract review view by the responsible Contract Manager. More focus, less noise.
Social Security communications, now in Twind. Upload and preview .msj files — the official format of the Social Security and other public administrations. No intermediate conversions.
Training Module — launched June 30
Train, assess, and certify. All from Twind. Define the course, link it to a requirement, and Twind does the rest: it delivers the credentials to the worker, records the result, and generates the certificate as soon as the training is passed. The requirement is approved automatically.

Q3 2026 — What's coming
A preview of what's arriving before the end of summer:
More data, less scrolling (July 20). Twind's tables get a new design: cleaner, no horizontal scrolling, and a maximum of 6 visible columns by default.
Change the employee's email without leaving the flow. Soon you'll be able to update the email directly when resending the invitation.
One document. All your clients. Upload a file once and send it automatically to all your clients.
The supplier flow, redesigned from scratch. A ground-up redesign based on real user feedback to assign resources and manage contracts faster and more intuitively.
One company at 9, another at 11. Soon you'll be able to switch between companies from within the Twind application, without logging out.
Edit your subcontractors' risks without waiting for the supplier. Client Admins and Contract Managers will be able to directly modify the risks of their subcontractors' employees.
Paper inspections, finally in the past. Configurable forms, photo capture, offline mode, and automatic synchronization.
Access cards with your brand image. Logo, colors, pictograms, and custom fields for your company.
The exact permission, for the exact requirement. Read and review permissions configurable at individual requirement level per User Team.
Define which risks are non-negotiable in each contract. Twind validates them automatically when creating new contracts.
No resource assigned without your approval. Request, approval, and rejection flow for contractor assignments, with notifications and complete traceability.
