What’s new: edit contracts, smarter search, and better requirement management

Five improvements to make contract and document management faster and less repetitive

Updated over 2 weeks ago

We’ve been listening to your feedback — and this update is the direct result of what you asked for.

This release focuses on reducing friction in everyday tasks: editing contracts, reviewing documents, searching, filtering, and organizing requirements. No learning curve. Things simply work better.

Here’s what’s new.

Edit contracts and subcontracts

You can now edit existing contracts and subcontracts directly — without deleting them and starting from scratch.

You can update:

  • Start and end dates

  • Activity

  • Sites/Centers

This was one of the most requested changes, especially from customers coming from CTAIMACAE and e-coordina. We heard you.

Filters stay in place, and search ignores accents

Two small changes that make a big day-to-day difference:

  • Filters remain active when switching tabs or returning to a section via the breadcrumb. They only reset when navigating to a different menu — no cross-section “spillover.”

  • Search ignores accents and special characters. Type “Reparacion” and you’ll find “Reparación,” without needing to remember the exact spelling.

Available in: Requirements, Contracts, Accesses.

Sort and configure columns across all main tables

Open End Date Selector

You can now sort most columns (ascending/descending) and choose which columns are visible — across all main tables.

  • Open the main menu

  • Changes apply instantly, and at least one column must always remain visible

  • View the listed items

  • Confirm contractor selection

Confirm Date Selection

Access Resource Section

Available in: Company, Contracts, Requirements, Accesses, Work Permits, Resources.

New “Upload date” column in Pending review

A new sortable column has been added to Pending review: Upload date.

It shows when the contractor uploaded each document. By default, the oldest uploads appear first — so nothing sits waiting unnoticed.

Group requirements by subject

You can now group requirements by subject type: company, employee, vehicle, or equipment.

Each requirement in the right place at a glance. Grouping persists across tabs and sessions — log out, log back in, and it’s still there.

These improvements aren't an isolated launch — they're part of how we want working with us to feel, every single day.

Fewer clicks. More control. More time for what actually matters.

And this is just the beginning. We keep reading your feedback, analyzing how you use the platform, and prioritizing what truly moves the needle in your day-to-day.

If something you read here was long overdue — we're glad you finally have it. And if there's still something missing, tell us. That's exactly how this update came to be.
