How to filter by Contract Manager in Requirements and Contracts

When multiple users manage different contracts within the same client, reviewing requirements or contracts can become slow. Previously, users had to scroll through full lists to find only the items under their responsibility.

With the Contract Manager filter, you can now narrow the view and work only with the contracts and requirements assigned to the managers you select.

The Contract Manager filter is available in these views:

The filter is a multi-select dropdown with a built-in search. It includes all users assigned as Contract Manager in at least one active contract.

Each option shows:

You can search by first name, last name, or email address — with partial or full matches.

You can select one or several managers at the same time. The list updates in real time to show only the contracts or requirements linked to those managers.

This way you can also identify the responsible manager outside the platform, keeping consistency with what you see on screen.

This filter brings back a feature that already existed in CTAIMACAE under the name Contract Manager. It is now available again in Twind — especially useful if you manage large volumes of contracts or work with multiple managers in your organization's contractor coordination.
