New table, new filters. Requirements configuration now shows you what you need — and for the first time, you can filter by rule: which requirements apply under a specific activity, risk, or contractor. No scrolling, no manual searches. So you can review your setup in detail.
What's changed in the table
The most important attributes of each requirement now appear directly in the row, without having to open the detail view:
Inline tags next to the requirement name: Critical, Main requirement, and Dependent requirement. The standalone "Critical" column is removed — the information is now integrated into the row.
The Expiration column shows the exact period when the value is Periodic (e.g., "Periodic · 12 months").
The Evidence type column indicates when a template is required ("With template").
New Multiple instance column: None, Per site, or Per contract.
Three optional columns, hidden by default, that you can enable from the column selector: "Applied to", "Allows not applicable", and "Allows future issue date". Your preference is saved between sessions.
This view is available to Client Admins under Settings → Requirements.
Filter panel
Filter the list without scrolling. The filters visible by default are: requirement name, subject type, critical, and evidence type.
Inactive requirements
Inactive requirements are hidden by default. Check the "Show inactive" checkbox to include them in the view.
"Rules" section — the most requested filter
A separate group of filters that isolates the requirements configured under a specific rule. Filter by:
Activity
Site
Contract
Contractor
Risk
Vehicle type
Equipment type
Product type
Requested under any condition
This filter addresses one of the most recurring needs: finding all requirements linked to a specific activity or risk in a single click — a capability that existed in CtaimaCAE and e-coordina and now arrives in Twind.
Add-on filters
The EU Category, Employee type, and Payment authorization filters only appear when the client has the corresponding add-on active.
Secondary filters
Click "Show more filters" to expand the additional filters: Expiration type, Multiple instance, Applied to, and Related.
ℹ️ Please note: The updated table and filter panel are available to Client Admins under Settings → Requirements.
