Filter without dead ends
Several recurring filter issues in Twind are resolved in this update. Changes affect the Access section, filters across the entire platform, and Contracts and Requirements listings.
No limit on filter selections
Multi-select filter dropdowns stopped working after the fifth selection — the rest turned grey and couldn't be chosen. That limit is gone. You can now select as many values as you need in any filter across the platform, on every screen and both portals.
Contextual filters in Access
Before, dropdowns showed all possible values even when the selected combination returned no results. The only option was trial and error. Now each dropdown in Access only shows values that return results with the current selection.
The behaviour is bidirectional: it doesn't matter whether you select the site or the resource first — everything else adjusts accordingly. Clearing a value immediately restores the full list.
Applies to: Control, Status, Client access log, Contractor access log, Temporary authorisations and Visits — in their company, site, resource and visitor filters.
What happens when a filter runs out of results
Sometimes an applied value no longer matches the data — because the site left the contract, the resource changed company, or a parallel filter shifted the context. Twind doesn't silently remove the selection.
The value stays applied and is flagged with a warning icon. The empty table shows exactly which values no longer have results and offers Clear filters with no results — removing only the problematic ones while keeping the rest of your selection intact.
New filters and listing improvements
New subject type filter in Requirements — filter by Contractor, Employee, Vehicle, Equipment or Product across all tabs and portals. Replaces the "Show company requirements only" checkbox.
New contractor filter in Contracts › My clients — filter by the contractor company itself and its full subcontracting chain.
Each contract appears only once in the contracts filter — no duplicates per subcontracting node. Selecting one includes the main contract and all its subcontracts.
Company name and tax ID on separate lines — name appears first, tax ID below in grey, across all Contracts and Requirements cells in both portals.
New resources first in contract assignment
When adding resources to a contract, newly added ones now appear at the top of the list, sorted alphabetically among themselves — making it immediately clear which ones still need information. Once assigned, the full list is always displayed in alphabetical order.
