Coming soon: classify your contractors with your own company types
We're bringing back a feature that already existed in CtaimaCAE, e-coordina and Twind1: custom company types. With this add-on, clients can create their own catalogue of classifications, assign it to each contractor and target compliance requirements by company type.
Create your catalogue of company types
In Settings › Parameters › Company types, the Client Admin can create, edit and delete their organisation's company types. Each type has a name and a description (both required) and an optional image. Deletion is blocked while the type is assigned to any contractor or referenced in any requirement rule.
Classify your contractors when you invite them or from the list
A contractor can have one or more types at the same time. The classification is requested at three points:
When you invite a new contractor.
From the Companies list, using the "Edit classification" action.
When you create a contract, if the contractor doesn't have a type assigned yet.
The same logic applies when a subcontractor joins the client's tenant — the type is assigned in the subcontracting flow.
Target requirements by company type
When you create or edit a requirement, Company type appears as a selectable entity in the rules. The requirement is requested from all contractors whose classification matches the selected type. If a contractor has several types and matches several rules, the requirement reaches them only once.
Company type visible in requirement review
On the document review screen, the reviewer sees the company type of the contractor whose evidence they're assessing — without leaving the screen. This applies regardless of the requirement's subject (company, contract, employee, vehicle or equipment).
