Why aren't my email and TAX ID being autocompleted when I register in Twind?

If you clicked GET STARTED in your Twind invitation and the email and TAX ID fields appear empty, here's the quick fix.

Autocomplete isn't working when accessing the registration link

Some browsers may block autocomplete during the Twind registration process. To make it work correctly, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser and following these steps before trying again.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Google Chrome. If you don't have it installed, download it from google.com/chrome

  2. Clear your browsing data (cache and cookies)

  3. Make sure Chrome is updated to the latest version

  4. Access the registration link again: welcometotwind.io
