How to manage multiple companies with a single user email address?

This guide explains step by step how to access and switch between different companies using the same user account within the platform.

Already logged in to Twind? Then you can work with your companies and coordinate with multiple clients without changing platforms or environments or logging in again. Here's how to do it:

  • Log in to Twind

    • Log in to the platform with your username and password.

    • Once inside, click on the company circle in the lower left corner of the screen.

📍 This button allows you to view or switch companies.

  • Select company

    • In the menu that appears, click on ‘Change company’.

    • Select the company you wish to view or manage.

📝 Your user account may be linked to several companies; simply choose the one you need at that moment.

  • Access the menu

After selecting the company:

  • Click on ‘Home’ or

  • On any of the modules in the menu (for example: ‘Contracts’, ‘Requirements’, “Resources”, ‘Access’).

This will allow you to continue with the usual management within the selected company.

✔️ That's it!

Now you can switch between companies without having to log out or create additional users.

What if you add a new client?

You don't have to do anything extra. When a new client starts working with you through Twind:

  • You will see their requirements directly in your space.

  • You will receive notifications if there are any pending tasks.

  • You will be able to operate as normal, without new registrations or platforms.
