Primary client information documents: what they are and how to confirm your reading

In Twind, your primary client can share information documents that you need to read and confirm. These documents usually include access regulations, safety protocols, operational instructions or other relevant information for working at their facilities.

Confirming the reading of these documents is a requirement within the platform. Below we explain how to do it step by step.

How to read and confirm information documents

  1. Access ‘Requirements’ from the left-hand side menu.

    Open Requirements Section

  2. Select ‘Show agreement requirements only’ to view only the information documents your client has shared with you.

    Filter Agreement Requirements

  3. Click ‘Manage requirement’ on the document you want to review.

    Access Requirement Management

  4. Read the document content and tick the checkbox "I confirm that I have read and understood the document".

    Confirm Document Review

  5. Click "Save" to record your confirmation in Twind.

What happens after confirming

Twind automatically records your reading confirmation with date and time to maintain process traceability. Your client will be able to see that you have read the document.

If you have several pending information documents, repeat the process for each of them.

ℹ️ Keep in mind: if you don't see any documents after applying the "Show agreement requirements only" filter, it's possible that your primary client hasn't shared any information documents with you yet, or that you've already confirmed all of them.
