Add internal users in Twind

This standard procedure details the process for creating users on the Twind platform.

🔹 Steps to create a user

  • Access user management.

    Access User Management

  • Click on Add User.

  • Enter the basic details: first name, surname and email address.

    Enter User's First Name
    Enter User's Email Address

  • Select the user's preferred language.

    Select User Language

  • Open the Roles section and tick the necessary permissions (for example: Contractor Admin, Contractor Manager, Contractor Reader).

    Review Available Roles

  • Click Add to confirm.

    Confirm User Addition

When you click Add, a Welcome to Twind! email will be sent. You can then access TWIND at any time via the following link: https://app.twind.io/

Once you have completed these steps, the user will be created with their personal information, language settings and roles assigned correctly.
