When will I be able to access Twind?
You will be able to access Twind and start operating from day one. As soon as your update is complete, you will receive your credentials and access instructions, so you can log in and work in Twind without interruptions.
What will I be able to do from the first moment?
You and your contractors will have immediate access to the updated information.
You will be able to start operating as normal from the very first moment.
What support will I have during the update?
We organize training sessions and Q&A sessions if needed. In addition, you will have our Help Center and the support team, who will guide you step by step to ensure a smooth, hassle-free transition.
Our goal is for the change to Twind to be simple, fast and safe from day one.
