What Single Document Upload is for
If you manage documentation for multiple clients at the same time in Twind, it's common for different main clients to request the same document (for example, a liability insurance certificate or a compliance certificate). With the Single Document Upload of the Core Plan, you upload that document only once and Twind automatically applies it to every requirement requesting it. One upload, multiple requirements resolved.
When it's useful for you
This feature is especially useful if:
You manage Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) with more than one main client in Twind.
Your clients ask you for the same common documents (insurance policies, company certificates, health & safety documentation, etc.).
You want to reduce the time you spend uploading the same documentation multiple times.
How to activate it
Single Document Upload is included in the Core Plan. You can activate it from any of these options:
From the platform itself: on the "Requirements" page you'll see banners and buttons that let you activate the Core Plan in one click.
Directly from app.twind.io/cm/billing/upgrade.
By contacting our sales team with no obligation at twind.io/suppliers-contact.
