Single document upload – How to reuse documents you've already submitted with the Core Plan?

Do you have a pending requirement that you already submitted for another client? Twind now detects it automatically and lets you reuse it in seconds, without having to upload the file again.

Updated this week

1. Reuse documents requested by other clients without uploading them again and save time

Every time you open a requirement to manage it, Twind searches your history to check if you already have a valid document for that same requirement type. If it finds a match, it shows it to you so you can select it directly. If nothing is found, you can always upload a new document.

To use this feature you will need an active Core Plan. Haven't subscribed yet? Do it in a few minutes at https://app.twind.io/billing/plans

2. How to reuse documents – step by step

  1. In the side menu, click on Requirements. You will see the Pending upload tab with all the requirements you need to complete.

    Access Requirements Section

  2. When you find the one you want to manage, click Manage requirement in the Actions column.

    Open Manage Requirement Panel

  3. When you open the Manage requirement page, you will see two options in the File section: Select existing document and Upload new document. If Twind found a previous document of yours that can be used for this requirement, the Select existing document option will be active. Click on it.

    Choose Existing Document Option

💡 It may take a few seconds while the system searches for matches. If none are found, you will see the text "No existing documents found", the option will be disabled and you will need to upload a new document.

    Review Allowed File Types

  4. Choose the document you want to reuse. A panel will open with the message "We found X clients you have sent the same requirement to". You will see a list of previous requirements with their status (Approved, Pending review, etc.) and their dates.

    Select Specific Requirement Document

  5. Select the one that best fits and click Select. 💡 If the requirement has multiple attached files, all of them will be attached automatically.

    Confirm Document Selection

  6. Review that everything is correct and save. You will return to the Manage requirement page. You will see the file already attached and the Date of issue and Expiration date fields automatically filled in with the data from the original requirement. When everything is ready, click Save.

    Open Document Upload Options
