No additional setup is required. The new Contract Manager filter is now available in the Requirements and Contracts views where it applies.
Less manual searching. More focus on what depends on you.
When multiple users manage different contracts within the same client account, reviewing requirements or contracts can become a slow and inefficient task.
Until now, many users had to manually go through full listings to find only the items under their responsibility.
With the new Contract Manager filter, Twind allows you to narrow the view and work only with the contracts and requirements linked to the managers you select.
Available in the key review views
The Contract Manager filter is now available in:
Requirements > Review > Pending review — to focus the review queue on contracts managed by a specific user
Requirements > All — to narrow the full requirements listing by Contract Manager
Contracts — to filter the contract listing by assigned manager
Find what you need faster
The filter works as a searchable multi-select dropdown.
It includes all users assigned as Contract Manager in at least one active contract. Each option shows:
full name
email
Search supports partial or full matches by:
name
surname
email
Filter by several managers at once
You can select one or multiple Contract Managers at the same time.
When you do, the listing updates dynamically to show only the contracts or requirements linked to those managers.
This filter is also fully combinable with the other filters already available in each view.
More agility in your day-to-day work
Do you need to review only the requirements from the contracts managed by a specific person? Now you can do it without going through the entire list.
Do you want to check only the contracts assigned to certain managers? You can do that too.
Less time searching. More time reviewing what matters.
Also available in exports
The Contract Manager field is now also included as a column in exports from:
Requirements
Contracts
This means you can also identify the responsible manager outside the platform, while keeping consistency with the information shown on screen.
If you are coming from CTAIMACAE
The Contract Manager filter restores a capability that was already part of the usual workflow in CTAIMACAE.
It is now available again in Twind to help you work with more focus, especially if you manage large volumes of contracts and multiple responsible users in your organisation’s contractor management process.
