How do I manage my subcontractors' requirements and access from the Core Plan?

With the Core Plan you can view, manage, and upload documentation for your subcontractors directly from Twind, both from the Requirements section and from the Access page.

Manage your subcontractors' requirements from a single place: check statuses, upload documents, and keep compliance up to date with the Core Plan.

Manage your subcontractors' requirements

You will be able to view and manage the documentation of all your subcontractors in one place.

  1. Go to the "Requirements".

    Access Requirements Section

  2. In the table, select the "My subcontractors" filter. You will see the most important information for each one: requirement status, contract, client, subcontractor name, and issue and expiry dates.

    View Subcontractor List

  3. If you need to focus on one or more specific subcontractors, select them directly in the filter to narrow the view.

ℹ️ Keep in mind: with the Core Plan you can save documentation from a single place and reuse it whenever you need it. How can I save and reuse documents with the Core Plan Document Library?

Check your subcontractors' access status

You can also view access information for your subcontractors only from the Access page.

  1. Go to the "Access".

    Enter Access Settings

  2. Filter by " My subcontractors" to view only their records.

    Revisit Subcontractor Section

  3. If you need to check a specific subcontractor, apply a second filter to select them directly.

ℹ️ Keep in mind: with the Core Plan you will be able to see the access end date for each subcontractor, allowing you to anticipate expirations and keep control up to date. Read more about this feature: Access control and access log
