How do I change the login email of a contractor or subcontractor in Twind?

The login email of a contractor company is managed by the user with the administrator role in that same company. As the primary client, you can't change it directly, but you can guide them through the steps.

What should the contractor company do?

The administrator user of the contractor company needs to log in to Twind with their account and add the new user from their company's user management section.

  1. Log in to Twind with a user that has the administrator role in the contractor company.

  2. Go to your company's user management section.

  3. Add the new user with the correct email address.

  4. Once created, the new user will receive an invitation email to set their password and log in.

ℹ️ Please note: if you no longer have access to the previous email and can't log in to Twind, contact the support team so they can handle it directly.

What if the contractor company doesn't know who their administrator user is?

You can check this from the company record in Twind. If no user has access, contact support with the company's tax ID and the new email address the access should be linked to.
