Who activated the CTAIMA review on that requirement? When did the acceptance criteria type change? Until now, there was no answer. Now every change to a requirement's configuration is recorded: who made it, when, and exactly what changed.
Two ways to access it. One single source of truth.
From the "requirement detail" — new "Changelog" tab next to the main tab. Always visible, whether the requirement is active or not.
From the "requirements list" — "Actions" menu in each row, new "Changelog" option. One click and you go straight to the history without opening the detail.
Everything is recorded.
The changelog covers all editable fields in the requirement form: "Name", "Subject type", "Multiple instances", "CTAIMA review", "Acceptance criteria type", "Document type" and "Auto reviewer". Deactivations are also recorded as a separate entry.
Each entry shows the timestamp, name and email of the Global Admin who made the change, the modified field, the previous value and the new value.
