New: Special Works. Green access only if the risk is correctly assigned.

Define which risks your contractor must assign to a worker for contracts that include high-risk activities (working at height, confined spaces, hot work...). If they don't have them, they don't get in. No exceptions.

⭐ Special Works is an additional Twind feature for client companies. It must be contracted separately. If you want to activate it on your account, contact your Customer Success manager.

We are launching Special Works, a feature for principal client companies that lets you define which risks a worker from your contractor company must have covered before accessing high-risk activities: working at height, confined spaces, hot work… Activities where, if something goes wrong, there is no margin for error. You now define which risks a worker must have covered before they get in. If they don't have them, they don't get in.

The engine is the same as Mandatory Risks. And it works even if you don't have that add-on contracted.

How it works

As the principal client company, you can:

Define which activities are high-risk. In "Parameters" → "Activities", edit the activity you want to designate and change its type to "Special Work". Select "Save" to apply the change. Other activities are not affected.

Acceder A Trabajo Especial

Build your catalogue. Each type of Special Work — working at height, confined spaces, electrical work — has associated risks that the contractor's worker must have covered. With name, description, and an optional image. You decide which ones.

Assign it to the contract. When creating or editing a contract, enable "Requires Special Works" and select the applicable types. The contractor company cannot modify it — control always stays with you.

No risk coverage, no access

Special Works risks and those from regular activities are evaluated together as a single block. If a contractor's worker does not have any of the required risks covered, they cannot access the workplace. No exceptions, no partial access.

To see exactly what is blocking access, go to "Access" → "Access Control", locate the worker and select "View details" in the last column. You will see which requirement is not met, the specific missing risk, and the reason for the block.

Abrir Perfil De Empleado

The risk indicator also appears in the contract list, both in the client company view and the contractor company view, so everyone has visibility of the actual status.

If you deactivate it, you lose nothing

The configuration is kept intact. When you reactivate it, everything comes back exactly as it was.
