Where can I see the risks my contractors have assigned to their workers in Twind?

Check from each contract which occupational risks your contractor has assigned to each worker, along with their site and activity.

Review each worker's risks from the contract

In Coordination of Business Activities (CAE), it's your contractor companies who assign risks to their workers. You can review them at any time from the contract details, in the "Resources" tab. This way, you can check that each worker has the risks that match their job and that Twind requests the right health and safety documentation from them.

How to see the risks assigned to a worker

  1. In the left side menu, click "Contracts".

  2. Make sure you're on the "My contractors" tab. Find the contract you want to review and click the three-dot icon on the right of the row. Then select "View contract".

  3. Inside the contract, click the "Resources" tab.

  4. You'll see the list of workers assigned to the contract with their "Compliance" percentage. Click the arrow on the right of the worker to expand their information.

  5. The worker's details are shown in three columns:

    • "Locations": the site where they'll work.

    • "Activities": the activity they'll carry out.

    • "Risks": the occupational risks their company has assigned to them.

ℹ️ Please note: if the "Risks" column is empty, the contractor company hasn't assigned risks to that worker in this contract yet. You can ask them to do so by following the guide How to asign risks to workers in Twind?

⚠️ Important: the assigned risks determine which health and safety documentation Twind requests from each worker. If you want to know how activity, risks and requirements are related, see How to define activity and risks so that Twind requests the correct requirements?
