ℹ️ Please note: you do not need a separate user account for each client. Twind lets you link multiple companies to a single account and switch between them at any time.
Steps to switch companies
Log in to Twind with your usual username and password.
In the bottom-left corner of the screen, click the name of the company you are currently working with.
The "My workspace" panel will open with the list of companies you have access to.
Select the company you want to work with. If you have many, type its name in the "Search companies" field to find it faster.
Twind will load that company's workspace. You can now navigate normally: "Contracts", "Resources", "Requirements", "Access", etc.
ℹ️ Please note: you can switch companies as many times as you need during the same session. Each company's data is kept separate.
Frequently asked questions
Can't see other companies in the "My workspace" panel? This means your user is only linked to one company in Twind. If you need access to another one, the client or host company must invite you from their platform.
When does a new company appear in your list? As soon as a client starts working with you through Twind and adds you as a contractor or supplier. You don't need to register again or do anything else.
Is your data mixed between companies? No. Each company has its own workspace, documentation and contracts. When you switch companies, you only see information for the one you have selected.
