Exporta a Excel la información de Twind

Updated over a week ago

Twind has taken a step forward in data management by incorporating export functions. This feature not only simplifies tasks such as document compliance, but also opens up new possibilities for data analysis and processing.

This standard procedure describes how to export information from the Twind platform to Excel format to ensure consistency and quality in data management.

  • Click on the ‘Contracts’ tab to access the main list of contracts.

    Access Contracts Section

  • Select the ‘Export’ option to start generating the report that will be exported to Excel with active contracts, filtering by contract, contractor, sites, and activities.

    Open Export Options

  • You can also check the ‘Show subcontracts’ and ‘Show expired contracts’ filters so that they are reflected in the Excel file.

    Include Subcontracts In Export

  • Click on ‘Requirements’ to review and adjust the specific criteria to be included in this report: you can filter by requirement, contractor, resource, contracts, and document status.

    Select Requirements Tab

What information can I download to Excel?

  • Contracts: You can download Excel files using the filters if you need to (contracts, contractor, sites, activities).

  • Requirements: You can download Excel files using filters if you need to (contractor, resource, contracts, document status).

  • Access: View a detailed history of access control, access logs and visits.
